Ordering Options
Online orders may be placed 24/7, every day of the year. Orders may also be placed by phone during our hours of operation (above) or by fax at any time.

Prescriptions
We are able to fill prescriptions. Simply place your products in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout as usual. In addition to your shipping and billing information, you will be prompted to fill in your veterinarian\\\'s name, address, and phone number. This allows us to receive or verify your prescriptions. As soon as this is completed, your order is labeled according to your state\\\'s pharmacy laws and the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and shipped directly to you. Usually our pharmacy will directly contact your veterinarian to confirm your prescriptions, however, you may also fax a copy of your prescription to us at (480) 963-0053 and please be sure to label your fax with your name, phone number, and order number.

State Exclusions
Certain products may not be available to ship to all states and if this is not indicated on the site with product information we will notify you as soon as possible.

Backorders
Some products may be unavailable at the time of order and if not indicated on the site we will notify you as soon as possible. Backorder dates are subject to change at any moment. You may choose to keep a product or products on backorder until we are able to ship them, cancel that portion of your order, or replace with a similar product or products once the order is made. You will receive a full credit for cancelled products that have not already shipped. Please contact us for any assistance with this matter.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We update prices as well as product information as soon as possible when notified by manufacturers. We will notify you of any changes in pricing before shipment of your order at which time you may choose to cancel or accept the corrected price.

Payment Methods
We accept only payment by credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit information is safe and secure when used on our site. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Shipping
Certain products may only be ordered in certain amounts and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
There is a standard $25 shipping rate. Orders will arrive in 2-5 business days after your prepaid order is submitted to Dairy Pharm. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Most vaccines and products that must be refrigerated will not be shipped over the weekend and it is best to order these products to arrive before the weekend otherwise they will not ship until the following Monday. Maximize your savings by planning ahead! If you wish to have your order shipped overnight please contact us the day you place the order.

Returns/Damages/Shortages
Please call Customer Service for any returns. We will set up a return promptly and a return label to be placed on a sealed package or packages to return will be mailed to you. We will send out a replacement if requested. Full credit will only be applied once the items are returned.

For any products that arrive damaged, please retain until we can send a return label and full credit will be applied upon return.

If you do not receive the amount of product ordered or incorrect products please contact us and we will ensure your products are sent to you as soon as possible.
