Any business requires good record keeping to be successful. However, we can be inundated by so much information that we loose site of significant facts. Record keeping is a way to develop objective information that can be used to make judgements, evaluations, or changes. This section will be used to discuss approaches to record keeping rather than what records to keep. There will be examples of monitoring techniques that you may find useful, however record keeping like many other aspects of a business are unique to each individual dairy.
